Everything was fine. My food was fine. My exercise was fine. My diet was fine. My bloodwork was fine.
Almost everything I could see or measure said I was fine.
But I wasn't fine. I was exhausted — not the kind of tired that could be solved by going to bed slightly earlier or having one quiet weekend.
I mean I could barely function kind of not fine.
My body was changing with perimenopause, and my life was chaotic....raising a child with a disability where pattern interruption had become part of my DNA. My responsibilities weren't going to disappear simply because I was tired. I couldn't "fix" my life by removing everything difficult from it. And I didn't yet understand enough about food, nutrition, exercise, hormones, or my changing body to know what I was supposed to do next.
Even though I thought I did.
But let's be truthful... I didn't, otherwise I wouldn't have been feeling the way I was.
So one day, after looking at my situation with loving kindness, I sat in quiet meditation and asked my body what was wrong.
The answer? I needed more energy and not just "energy," but a regulated, stable kind of energy, rather than the 10am peaks and 3pm valleys I'd gotten used to.
Water gave me one part of nourishing my body.
But my body was asking for something more specific too.
I was approaching fifty.
Still mothering.
Still busy.
My hormones were changing, and I needed to feel like whoever was behind the supplements I chose understood something about ageing, motherhood, responsibility, and trying to keep showing up when your body no longer responds the way it once did.
I understand that vitamins and supplements aren't a promise that everybody will feel differently after using them.
They're simply part of what nourishing myself came to look like for me.

Now back to the post!
When WelleCo was recommended to me, I began reading about the company and discovered it had been founded by Australian supermodel and Mum Elle Macpherson, as part of her own wellness journey.
That mattered, because I wasn't looking for a supplement promoted by a twenty-year-old influencer whose body and life looked nothing like mine. I'm also starting to understand something on this journey with CALYL. The women whose products I am choosing, often times are well connected or financially connected enough to solve their own problems.
To some people, that may make them seem like an "influencer" or "business woman" who wants to cash in on fame etc, but the more I learn about these companies, the more blessed I am to have the opportunity to use these same resources myself.
It would take me decades to get expert skin care made.
Or vitamins.
Or a fashion collection.
Or a pair of comfortable high heels.
But these women, are making products specifically to the lifestyle they are living, and I find that an absolute blessing to be able to access these same resources too ❤️
Anyway, back to the daily drip.
My first daily drip of every day I chose for myself was "NOURISH".
That's nourish with water. And nourish with vitamins. That gives me a steady base every day- regardless of where I am or what resources I have access too.
If you are interested in my WelleCo products, here is the current list:
My Drip One, in full, looks like this:
Protein powder, (Affiliate link)
Super Greens Elixir (Affiliate link)~ also I only take a half serving of this as I find the full one too much
and collagen elixir, mixed with 250ml water, (Affiliate link)
plus a Goddess Elixir capsule. (Affiliate link)
Water and vitamins, together, every day.
One drip. Two categories.

The goal?
To nourish my body, each and every day and compound daily into a resource pool of good health.
